See the world through a monocle

I see the street lights, but just on the left side. My other eye(the right one) isn't working. Partial blindness, maybe. I don't know. The world seems one-sided today.

I see the questions but not the answers. The exam is oddly difficult today. Maybe my right eye needs some fixations. I don't know. The world seems one-sided today.

I see the way to your house, but i can't see the way home. It's pretty saddening, i know. Gotta call my brother to pick me up at your house. Maybe he's free. I don't know. The world seems one-sided today.

I see everything from your point of view today, but i can't see from mine. I don't know what to do. Maybe i really need to fix my right sight, i don't know. The world seems one-sided today.

So which side are you on?

Saturday

Come on, fly with us. This is your free time.
No one to tell you what, where, when, who, why, and how.
What do you want to do? What do you want to learn?
This is free time. You'll get it for free.
Don't you want me to accompany you?
I can show you what you want to see.
What you want to learn.
What you want to do.
It's been a long, long time since your last arrival.
That was Saturday too. We were so young and graceful.
You, paddling your bike slowly, and I, walking vigorously to match your pace.
There's nothing like tomorrow that day.
We were free. We were young.
Youth and freedom.
Maturity with no freedom?

This is Saturday. Free day.
There's no day like Saturday.
